As we watch Trump run away with South Carolina while Rubio and Cruz duke it out for a razor tight second place finish (boy, that sounds familiar), Jeb Bush, who will either finish fourth or fifth tonight, has suspended his campaign. His support will be divvied between Rubio and Kasich as the field continues to winnow. Rubio can now go mano-a-mano with Trump in Florida, while Kasich has the governor lane all to himself.
Ben Carson, who will likely finish sixth tonight (also known as last), should be following Bush out the door soon. Stay tuned.
